ValidateHealthCard.com (“Site”, “we”, “our”, “us”) is committed to protecting the privacy of our users (“you”). However, in order for us to give you the best experience possible, we may collect both non-personally identifiable and personally identifiable information while you use our Site. We will only collect as much personal information to be able to carry out our online validation health card services (“Service”,”Services”).

Personal information is any data about an individual that identifies who you are. Examples of personal information we may collect include your name and e-mail address when you subscribe to our Services. Non-personal information is any information that cannot be traced back to you. Examples of such information include demographic and profile data, usage and selection data. This information is used only for statistical purposes and trend analysis to provide better service to our users.

2. INFORMATION SHARING

We will not share personal information with other parties or use the personal information we collect for any purpose other than to carry out the Services we perform unless it is for legal reasons. The user’s GoSecure ID and password are required to access the Ministry of Health and Long Term Care databases and will be necessary for the user to use the Site. Although we take appropriate measures to safeguard unauthorized disclosures of information, we cannot assure you that personally identifiable information will never be disclosed in a manner that is inconsistent with this privacy statement.

3. OBLIGATIONS TO THE MINISTRY

We are responsible for providing to the Ministry – on demand – audit information describing specific transaction or transaction sequences as identified by the Ministry as circumstances dictate.
